NSA Industries (Momentum Manufacturing Group) Acquires NH Precision Metal Fabricators

NSA Industries, LLC (Momentum Manufacturing Group) is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of NH Precision Metal Fabricators Inc. (NHP) in Londonderry, NH. “This acquisition will continue our strategic sector expansion, provide a platform for growth, and leverage the company’s infrastructure” said Jim Moroney, Momentum Manufacturing Group’s CEO. “We believe this acquisition will truly compliment both organizations as we continue to grow as the premier machining and metal fabrication company in New England.”

NHP has been a prominent provider of fabrication and powder coating services in New England and beyond for over 30 years. The acquisition will bring about benefits to their customers at all levels.
