NSA Industries (Momentum Manufacturing Group) Acquires Vitex Extrusion
NSA Industries (Momentum Manufacturing Group) today announced it has acquired Franklin, NH-based Vitex Extrusion. Vitex provides aluminum extrusions, machining, and fabrication services to customers in a number of end markets, including lighting, solar energy, and automobile accessories. The acquisition is an important strategic step in expanding NSA Industries’ capabilities and moving it into the aluminum extrusions business.
