NSA (Momentum Manufacturing Group) Acquires KC Precision Machining Inc.

NSA Industries LLC (Momentum Manufacturing Group) announced its acquisition of KC Precision Machining Inc. in Ipswich, Massachusetts. “This acquisition will deliver further channel expansion, provide a platform for growth, and leverage the company’s infrastructure,” said Jim Moroney, NSA’s (Momentum Manufacturing Group) CEO. “We believe our entire group will benefit from this acquisition as we continue to grow as a premier machining and metal fabrication company in New England, further supporting our corporate mission.”

KC Precision has been a prominent provider of machining services in New England and beyond for over 25 years. The acquisition will bring about benefits to customers at all levels. “In addition, the purchase by NSA (Momentum Manufacturing Group) gives us a more competitive edge while allowing us to offer a greater range of services,” said Bill Casey, KC Precision’s President.

Over the next few months, NSA (Momentum Manufacturing Group) will integrate this new company into the group with the goal to continue providing the highest level of service from both companies.
